Since 2009, I have had the great honor and privilege of helping professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners in overcoming challenging emotions and behaviors quickly and effectively.

It brings me immense joy to help my clients feel empowered, content, and at peace.

However, in recent years my work has taken on a deeper meaning after I connected with an inner voice and a powerful sense of love. In my private life, I am fortunate to share a lovely homestead in the country with my husband, two nearly grown sons, and their visiting girlfriends. Our household is never short of excitement and activities, whether it’s playtime with our energetic dog, the comforting cuddles of the cats, or the gentle hop-hop of our rabbits. Our home is a sanctuary for all.
